The receptionist actually took us to our accommodation immediately. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but did have a meal on the second day of our stay, which was exceptional.

Went for Christmas day and boxing day with close family. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The location is perfect too, close to north bay and peasholme park. Town centre a short walk too.
Beds very comfortable and the downstairs dining/ living room very cosy and comfy.
Hangers and hairdryers there, which was a plus. Very quiet road and plenty of parking.
Heard from the hosts on Christmas day morning which was good of them, just checking if we needed anything. They reply very quick to messages also.
The best thing was that they had put us a lovely Christmas tree up and left us some bucks fizz and panatone and a card which we thought was a lovely touch.
Will definitely be returning.

Good location. Near to sea and shops. Good radiators, much appreciated! Nice bedrooms. Games included.
