Owner was very friendly big room very clean lovely comfy beds also lots of extras tea coffee biscuits in room also nice to have few children's books in there breakfast was also very nice good quality food room was very quiet too
Breakfast not included in the room price; however, we ate from the restaurant menu on our first night - and our food was excellent; dining area very clean and airy, service friendly and efficient.
Excellent accommodation very clean, comfortable beds, great layout excellent hosts. Definitely stay again as best place we had stayed so far. Would definitely recommend

Small B&B with an almost boutique quirky feel about it. Double room and en suite shower had everything you need and very clean, and a comfortable bed and pillows. Owner was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Had a lovely full English breakfast. Could pay a bit extra for early check in, and room rate included the breakfast and was a really reasonable price, and parking too. Would definitely stay again.
Lovely B&B on the edge of a small town. Comfortable rooms which were very clean and bright. Landlady was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had varied choices and was cooked to order.
The staff at the Falcon are 10/10 they are very welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was okay, but it would benefit from being updated.The bathroom, however, was stunning and very clean.
