Easy check in. Clean comfortable and warm. Well equipped and catered for our needs. We were attending a family funeral and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Easy links to supermarket (along a woodland pathway 15 mins ) and garden centre both with lovely cafes. Lovely quiet residential area. All instructions for the appliances were available and coffee and tea bags provided. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was also comfortable. Clean linen and plenty of towels.

It has been converted to a very high standard and is very modern in an old building. It is very high tech and all the appliances and fittings worked well. As you would expect it was immaculate throughout. At another time of year one could sit outside in the enclosed space. The property is very centrally located with the City Centre,cathedral etc within easy walking distance.
We do not have much experience of physical disability but the downstairs bedroom and bathroom looked ideal for someone with mobility issues.
The Welcome Pack was very good also
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We were attending a wedding nearby, the hotel was able to accommodate an earlier check in and parking. Was a surprisingly warm day for May and fans were provided in the room. Rooms are basic but just want you needed for 1 night. The bathroom was newly renovated, very clean with a great shower. Breakfast was ok.
Women on the front desk was extremely lovely, could not be more helpful and suggested we take her number in case of any issues. We had problems with Taxis and she was able to help.
Everything was near to town next to the river very scenic. Property was excellent very clean and comfortable. Sylvia was so friendly and helpful made you feel at home
The staff were more than helpful, the room was very clean, big comfortable bed, shower room was excellent room was warm and cozy, breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was perfect even had a lesson in how to poach an egg correctly.
Sylvia the manageress is a star and an asset to the business so friendly and helpful
A brilliant hotel in the centre of Brandon close to all you need. Staff are fantastic and could not do more for you. Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.
Breakfast was amazing.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, very clean. They cook a great breakfast. Hotel in a perfect location on the river, close to the train station and the town centre, and in walking distance of Thetford Forest. I'm certainly thinking of returning.
