We had an incredible 3 days at the Berkeley house. The house is spacious we were 12 and very comfortable, everything was thought of. It looks just like the pictures,and it feels cozy. The bed is so comfortable. We met the owners when we were checking out they are very lovely people.

Tim and his wife have created a fantastic place to stay in Whitley, it’s impeccably clean, well furnished with everything thats needed when away from home, in a great location as we where visiting Badminton Horse Trials just a short drive away, loads of parking, only a short walk to the local pub, and we couldn’t ask for more with the communication from Tim.

the house was lovely and positioned so close to. town but far enough ou to. be very quiet. had wvery thing we needed. we only spent one night on our way to. cornwall, but would definately look to book again for a longer stay to. expore bath.

Pat met us as we arrived and showed us around the property. It was even lovelier than the photos on the website. Decorated with beautiful antiques, plush furniture and lots of amenities. Each morning the peafowl met us as we headed out the door. I highly recommend this accommodation!
