Buzzard Oak Barn is a perfect getaway. Lovely peaceful location with its own parking. Not far from beautiful Exmoor, amenities and a great pub! The barn itself is really cool. Absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out. Everything has been thought of and more. Angela is an excellent host, with great communication, directions and information. So nice to sit outside and watch the wildlife in the trees in the evening. Can definitely recommend. Thank you for a great weekend.

Shower has low pressure as fed from a spring- but adequate for a couple, a large family would need to wait for the immersion to fill/ heat up again- not the end of the world! . The local pub, and community shop are a short walk away. The cottage also benefits from a woodburner and an open fire.

Beautiful house, cozy and beautifully furnished. Very romantic living. Great garden behind the house with seating, where occasionally a friendly cat came to visit. The whole house was a very pleasant surprise at the end of our 2 week trip with friends. Great kitchen, a really big bed in one room, overall large rooms and wonderful two rooms downstairs that serve as a dining room and living room with fireplace. We were greeted with a delicious carrot cake.

We visited Bampton for a wedding and me, my husband, young son and mother-in-law rented the property for the weekend and it was just perfect! The Barn is attached to the owners house and it has such lovely grounds with nice grass area to sit in the sun and a lovely running stream. The accommodation was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We loved watching the chickens & geese with our young son.
We had some issues with our Land Rover (classic! haha) and the owner helped get it back up and running.
We highly recommend for a lovely Devon getaway :)

Excellent stay. Great location and the property was very clean. Lots of good facilities on site such as the swimming pool and playgrounds for the children. We would definitely stay here again.
The caravan is lovely, it is modern and the decking outside is great especially for young children or dogs. As they can go in and out when they want. It is very clean and has everything you need. And a nice view.
