We were visiting Beamish so the location was fab. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and well presented. We had a problem with the heating which was rectified within 10 minutes! We would definitely use this property again.

The house is in a fantastic location with plenty of walks on the doorstop. The owner also has a coffee shop next door where we went for a delicious breakfast. The house is very well equipped and comfortable with a big garden which will be gorgeous in the Summer and great if you have dogs with you.
