Perfectly situated in the middle of nowhere but still close enough to Peebles. The cottage has everything you need for a short stay. The hosts were very welcoming and dropped by to say hello. On a clear night you get a brilliant view of the night sky.

My wife and me had a very brief one night stay . Excellent communication and very kind as we were 4 hours later than anticipated. A really lovely and interesting couple run the B and B at number 4 and it was a pleasure to chat to them over a delicious breakfast . We stayed in the spotless double room that has a bathroom just along a short landing. Very clean and very comfy. Really good value and highly recommended.
The breakfast was lovely and served by the owner who was nice to talk too. Our room was very clean.
The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. We attended awake after our stay and the staff were wonderful.
