The caravan was cosy and very clean . Had everything we needed, the instructions were spot on with everything we needed to know. we weren't far from the facilities of the site . quiet time to go for a lovely break before most of the schools packed up for summer... The location was excellent for us and very easily accessible - with very good transport links. The house was very clean and tidy and tastefully furnished with modern home appliances that made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are large and comfortable and with 2 shower rooms.
There was a large TV flat screen in the living room that enabled us binge on movie after a hard days work!!!

The property was lovely and very clean. I will say there was a number of amazing staff that helped as much as they could. There was a lady called Sharon that went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t thank her enough. She made the stay better
A very nice guy met us on arrival to show us how everything worked. They had left plenty of condiments and milk, tea, coffee etc. All very thoughtful. There was even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and some pain au chocolat for breakfast, if required. The beds were very clean and very comfortable. The towels were clean and fluffy. Rachel was marvellous. My friends couldn’t operate the lock box and so someone came out early hours of the morning to assist - a big thank you!
The hotel is well located but is beginning to show its age . One of the lifts was not working so long waits at times to between floors . Friendly welcome . Breakfast area very clean and tidy with good selection.

Unfortunately a fight kicked off with travellers on the floor. We were sleeping on so we didn’t have the best day. Unfortunately we must’ve picked the wrong. Weekend was at the wrong place at the wrong time
