The accommodation is very roomy with a large comfortable lounge and a separate dining room. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a nice outside patio when the weather was warm. The location is in a quiet part of Froggatt village but is very close to excellent walking and other Peak District attractions.

The accommodation was in a great location, the instructions were easy to follow for getting there, sufficient parking and space for a group of people and the hosts were really helpful with all our enquires.

Lovely and clean in a beautiful part of the world. Bed was very comfortable,. Seating was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. . Hob worked easily and well. Bathroom a reasonable size as was the shower cubicle. Good quality soaps etc.. Plenty of games. Cottage is compact but not cramped. Pub/hotel just around the corner.

The area was beautiful and so peaceful, the cabin was nice and warm, and was just big enough for 2 people to stay for a few nights.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
I loved the fact the property was called charlottes cottage as this is my name, the location was incredible with local shops and restaurants etc all within a 3-9 minute drive! The property had a fully equipped kitchen which was ideal for our stay as we had planned to make breakfast and dinner of an evening and make lunch for our days out hiking. Very comfortable, very clean! Great location for what we wanted! All over fantastic stay would highly recommend to anyone!

The breakfast and location was the absolute highlight of our stay. This b&b is incredibly well placed for many of the amazing walks in and around the Upper Derwent Valley. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The room was kept very clean, and when we needed anything extra all we needed to do was ask. Parking worked well, plenty of spaces so no need to worry.
Fantastic location, the loveliest staff, the room was bigger than expected, very clean with a great shower, comfortable bed, delicious veggie and vegan options both for breakfast and dinner. I will definitely stay again and bring my family with me next time :)
What an exceptional cottage with an equally great host! Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! In a great location, has easy parking and a much appreciated welcoming gift set on arrival! Surrounded by beautiful views and walks with a country pub serving good food around 5 minutes walk away. Really enjoyed having the cosy log fire in the cottage.The attention to detail from this host is above and beyond! Cannot praise this experience enough! Hope to return soon!
