The property is lovely and big and suited our extended family of 10. The kitchen is gorgeous and such a sociable area. We had a great time for New Year. It’s very close to the town and beach and we had lots of walks.
The bathrooms are great and the kids (and us!) loved the large bath. Showers great too

Lovely to be in the centre of Holt and with private car parking! So clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Quaint location looking out onto the street and other houses with absolutely no noise interruption. Very comfortable bed, great nights sleep. It was pre Christmas winter so, didn't use the little outside space with table and chairs but, this would be great during a different season. Will definitely return when we need a night in Holt!

Awesome views and great layout of the house with plenty of space - really nice house and garden - perfect for the dogs and very secure so they cant go wandering. Beautiful sea view. You can happily spend some days just chilling at the house and garden(s). There is a great place for walking the dogs just over the road (disused quarry) and from there you can walk to Trimmingham beach ( about 20 minutes)

The perfect getaway place where you can really relax. Hot tub with the room a bonus. Breakfast service and quality were exceptional. Philip and Tristan are friendly and helpful. The private pool slots are great ... lots of space and so quiet yet a few minutes drive from local beaches.
