We had a wonderful stay at the Heart. The beds were comfy, the facilities fab. Thank goodness everything was explained in the information book, Australia has no central heating.
We would recommend it to anyone who wants a home away from home, the Heart is close to shops and great little cafes. We will definitely be back when travelling back in the area again.

Breakfast is not served by the property. However, you have the choice to have anything you wanted for breakfast, as you can prepare your own meal. The kitchen has a large room, very spacious, clean and well equipped - coffee machines, cooking hub, fridge/freezer, microwave. Beverages were offered, nothing was lacking.
The property manager checked on us to see if we arrived safely, how we are feeling, if we needed anything. They were ready to offer help and assistance if needed. Very caring.
Though we arrived the property later than expected, we didn't have any issues, at all, to check in. We could comfortably collect the key from a safe box; no further phone calls were needed to access the property.

Gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Lovely neutral decor throughout. Kitchen well kitted out. Nice candles available to use, nice garden, and dog walking paths in the area. Plenty good quality loo roll and towels etc.
Toiletries and cleaning products were provided.
The house was very clean but the cleaning company need to look up, and get rid of all the cobwebs higher up, around light fittings, front door frames etc.
Host was extremely helpful and easily contactable.

Lovely cosy house which was clean and comfortable. House owner was always available to help, this was really important as my elderly parents were staying over and they are not the most "Techy".
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We contacted the seller twice. Received excellent service both times.
