Fantastic house, plenty of space for up to 6 adults. Pet friendly. Clean, and well equipped. 10 min stroll to Amble town centre which has all you need. Carly the owner was great in her communications before we checked in (which was super easy) and on hand throughout our stay if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

- Good location for exploring Northumberland.
- Host was very welcoming and friendly.
- Lodge contains basic amenities, but feels quite bare. Some accessories would make it feel more homely and cosy.
- Clean bedding and towels provided.
- Tea, coffee, biscuits included.
- The goats and chickens made us smile.
- Good WiFi.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

Stayed here before, it's a handy location for visiting friends and family when I come back to North East. Its also a good base for exploring the coastline. Has the added benefit of being able to bring our dog who usually stays in kennel. Very clean and one of comfiest hotel beds we have slept in.
We stayed in one of the Superior Rooms and it was absolutely beautiful 😍 the whole building is beautiful! Everything was very clean and fresh smelling.
