We loved the location - it was a bit on the outskirts of Leeds yet close enough to be able to enjoy the city without having to drive too far. Parking was close to the building we stayed in and the space we rented was very nice and well equipped.
Prior posts mentioned the dogs and the noise. I actually really liked the dogs and the few I encountered were very sweet.

Great spacious clean cottage, nice and warm form when we arrived.
Beds and sofas were so comfortable
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Badgers Rest was very clean, comfy and well equipped. It has a big bath which was a real bonus! The check in/out was straightforward and the property was very secure. Sharon was a great host. I definitely recommend this accommodation.
Very comfortable, clean, very clean and warm hot tub. Parking directly in front of property. 5 minute walk to the canal, great to have a secure garden also for the dog.
