Rooms clean and welcoming. Lovely clean towels. Facilities had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, hairdryer in each room. Thankful for milk in fridge too. Rooms are not interconnected but are separate rooms next to each other. Nice garden area and patio with shared drive with owners house next door, accessible electric car plug point available. Able to shut gates and block bottom so our dogs could run around in garden which they enjoyed too. Remote location but close access to A roads so restaurants, shops and coast all easily accessed. Nice walk up farm lane over fields near old Windmill. Great was dog friendly.

This is an extremely cosy and warm bungalow with all the facilities as stated in Booking.com, plus the owners provided lots of extras, Christmas tree, Christmas crackers, mince pies, fruit and other little extras on our arrival as we stayed over the Christmas period.
The home was ideal for visiting friends nearby, as it is within a few minutes walking distance to Angmering railway station with direct connections to Gatwick Airport and Victioria Station, London. As well as Worthing, Brighton and Littlehampton, Portsmouth, and Southampton There are also easy connections to the sea and countryside.
There is also a good bus service nearby, as well as a large Sainsbury's and Dunelm in the nearby Rustington Retail park within easy walking distance.
We were so impressed we are hoping to stay again in the Easter holidays, subject to the property being available during this period.
This is home from home and beats staying in hotels and guest houses.

The location was perfect. The rooms were stylish and spacious, with large windows overlooking the green. House is on 5 floors, with a bonus games room and cinema room in the basement.

Lovely house in a great location close to the beach, very well-equipped for a family stay.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The bed was super-comfortable, and the bedding luxurious. It was a spacious room with a nice terrace outside. All was very clean. The pool facilities were excellent. There was cosy and very comfortable bar, and the restaurant food was reasonably good value for a 4 star hotel. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.
It was well equipped with everything you may forget to pack on a trip away. It was very clean and comfortable.
It had the best quality kettle and toaster I have seen in a holiday home 😊
