Quiet, upmarket location and perfect for us to walk to one of our favourite restaurants. Property looks very recently refurbished and is modern, tasteful and we could see that the owner hasn't skimped on cost. Wonderfully comfortable bed. The cottage is tucked away off the road so is quiet and hasn't any street noise. Immaculately clean and clearly has a very thorough cleaner. It had everything we needed and more! 10/10 and we'd definitely book again.

Excellent location. The house is stunning. Sophie the host was so helpful. She was really quick to answer messages and everything was really easy (such as parking and obtaining keys). We had a lovely weekend. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

This cabin was excellent in all regards. The host was super friendly and helpful with a detailed information pack on how to get to the address, get around the city, and maximise the hot tub and amenities in the cabin. The attention to detail like providing robes and sandals for the outdoor hot tub and game sets for couples to maximise enjoyment were all lovely to see. The host also provided us with a bottle of wine and some chocolates which made me and my partner very happy. He also catered to our requests to check out late as our train from out of town was a few hours later than the check out time. All in all, definitely the best cabin trip my partner and I have been on in the UK.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very handy location as we had a wedding to attend at the frogmill pub nearby. Was very clean and also had a private entrance. We didn't need to see anyone to check in as we were emailed a unique code for the entrance.
We had a wonderful stay at The Calf Pens. It is in a beautiful location and is very peaceful. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and had thought of everything that you could need for staying there. The house was very clean and well equipped. Don't miss the farm shop at the top of the lane on Saturday mornings.
