A lovely cottage in quiet location despite being near a main road. Secure parking and a wee garden round the property. which is inside a town park. It was very well equipped and lots of lovely products in the bathroom. Also an amazing bar and generous invitations to help ourselves. The beds were large and comfortable and the shower was amazing. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the accommodation. To top it all, the great Malkie Hannah's chanter was fixed to the wall!

Location was perfect lovely and quiet. Ideal for us travelling into close by places to visit family and travel to sight see. Hot tub was brilliant the kids loved it, enclosed large back garden which was brilliant for the dog. Lovely wee arrival pack with tea sugar coffee juice etc, Towels ready for arrival. Cottage very clean and aired on arrival. And as my teenage kids said wow this cottage has WIFI this was a bonus !

Loads of parking available. The farm itself is still a working one, but clearly there's room for everyone on the site. We were immediately greeted on our arrival by the owner and friendly dogs, and shown to our room. The room itself was very clean and well presented. Free Wifi, and a decent signal as well. Tea and coffee making facilities available too
The shower was nice and hot, towels were provided, and the bed was comfortable.
Our stay was for two nights over a weekend, and was good value for money
Very clean and spacious room, facilities were exactly what I needed, the lady I dealt with was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful.
