We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at Gite Hary. The village itself is very quiet but does have a bakery which is open most days, and the nearest supermarket is a short drive away. The Gite was perfect for our family of four and we had everything we could need. Although located at the back of the house, there is a walkway through to the garden and this didn’t cause any inconvenience. Garden, pool and seating area were peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were very discreet (and welcoming) and so it felt like our own private space. The train station was only 20 mins drive away and we took a train direct to Paris which was really convenient. Chateau Fontainebleau and Moret-sur-Loing were also a short drive away and were both worth a visit. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I was visiting the area.

Friendly owners. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Option of paying for an evening meal was nice - it was delicious too and saved us finding somewhere for dinner.
Beautiful house with delightful natural garden, chickens roaming. Bedroom and bathroom large and very clean. A lovely old place. Breakfast simple but set you up for the day. Good hosts. We were only passing through on our way home but it was somewhere I think we could have enjoyed more.
