This is the most wonderful place I have ever stayed, and I have stayed at 4 star hotels in Europe. The grounds of Mas la Pauline are beautiful and our little roulotte (travel wagon) was adorable and felt like a magic hideaway. If one doesn't want to stay in a wagon, there are two other rooms at the property that I imagine are lovely. Florence was a fantastic host; it felt more like staying at an old friend's delightful country home. And Lilou, her dog, was a sweet companion at breakfast, which is offered at an extra price. This is exactly what a vacation in Provence should be.

Beautiful accommodation in a really nice small town. The hosts have thought of almost everything to make your stay comfortable. It was really clean and had a bonus of a downstairs toilet. Ideal for family of 4, maybe a bit tight for two couples. There is also a rental next door if travelling with a larger family group. We stayed for 2 weeks. There is secure off road parking and the house itself feels really safe. The town of Remy which we picked by chance has everything you would want, if a little on the expensive side. It is on the cruise excursion route so expect it to be busy at times, especially on market days. The Van Gogh trail is very interesting and easily accessed from the accommodation. You can walk down into the start of the town in around 7 mins. Small supermarket is around 4 min walk and has a good stock. The tourist office is also near the small supermarket. Lots of restaurants to chose from. Ideal location to visit the beautiful Provence area and even the coast. I have already recommended the accommodation to friends and we hope to go back next year.

Lovely gite, very well equipped, very quiet and private but a short walk from the old town of St Remy.
The communication with the owner Cedric was great, and the bottle of rose wine that waited for us in the fridge was a nice welcome.
We would definitely stay there again if we come to Provence.

The photos of this villa don't do it justice and need updating. Whilst sparsely and inconsistently decorated, it is a wonderful size and has a lovely atmosphere inside and out. The garden and pool are a pleasant and extremely quiet place to relax.
The bathroom is a very generous size and has been recently modernised.
The kitchen, whilst dated, is well equipped.
The pool is a very generous size, perfect for up to 6 people.
The villa is excellently located close to town.
The check-in and out process was extremely simple.

Mazet Leajo is a lovely little cocoon and it felt like our little home for 4 nights.
From Bruno and Caroline warm welcome, simplicity and kindness to the quality and cleanliness of the house, it is a perfect spot to discover this stunning region of France.
Eygalières is just beautiful and there are many nice restaurants and cafes to choose from and enjoy. On Fridays, it is market day in Eygalières so try to stay for that day, it was a pleasure to get some nice fish and veggies and other little goodies there and cook them for dinner on the barbecue that Bruno has in the outside kitchen (which by the way is so beautifully done just like the garden). Thank you also Bruno for the lovely bottle of white wine which went down a treat with our fish.
If you are there on a Sunday, go and see the « pétanque/boules » locals play, it is fun and definitely an authentic experience!
The view of the Alpilles and the village from the old castle at the top of Eygalières is stunning, don’t miss it!
Also when you walk in the streets of Eygalières, which is less than 5 minutes by foot from the Mazet, it feels like time should stop, I think sometimes it does or it did for us, it is the south after all and it is best appreciated at a slow pace as there are so many little details to discover and take pictures of.
If you have not done your homework, Bruno and Caroline will recommend you places to go and visit and you can see that they love their region and love welcoming people.
It is the kind of place you want to return and return and return to, hopefully we will.

Honestly we couldn’t fault Le Mazet in any way. It’s a dream location, utterly beautiful and tranquil . The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of the garden and pool , the fine finishing and comfort of the holiday home (of which there are two) nor capture the serenity of this wholly beautiful area of Provence and the warmth and kindness in hospitality of Nathalie and Gilles. We definitely hope to be able to return. We loved everything about Le Mazet Des Chutes ❤️

It was very clean and very well set up for anyone wanting to stay for a long time.
Being in the centre of the village we enjoyed going out for dinner and walks around the village after dinner
Residence Melody is slightly outside the small town of Sant-Remy de Provence in what looks like a commercial estate. The ground is well kept, quiet and clean with a pool. The reception is very friendly and the apartment was brand new, well equipped and very clean. Lovely bathroom good bed. Nice attention to details with the guest information book, kettle, coffee machine etc and the breakfast, served on a terrace is copious and of good quality.
There is parking space for the car.
it was very nicely decorated inside. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Very clean and most things you would expect in an apartment. It did have a good lift. The patisserie across the road was very good but not for coffee. Easy walk into St Remy but not with push chair 😬
Beautiful old country house - very unique & individual and beautifully decorated. We had a double and twin room (both with ensuite shower rooms) it was very clean and comfortable and only a 10 min walk to Saint Remy town centre - which is also beautiful, with lots of restaurants!

Warm and friendly owners and staff. Room small but perfectly formed. A bit of dust around the radiator in the bathroom but otherwise very clean. Comfortable bed and a good view of the mountains from the window. Plenty of garden areas to sit in the shade with a drink or a coffee and a lovely sunny terrace and swimming pool. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. Great choice of savoury and sweet, fresh fruit and juices and lashings of good coffee! Free secure parking too! Easy walking distance to St Remy centre. Highly recommended!
