The location is fantastic, the only way to see rural France at its absolute best. Lake View has everything you need. The added bonus and highlight was Karen & Steve our hosts. We had a wonderful evening just chatting with them.

It was very clean. It looked brand new. Only a couple of things. The bathroom would benefit from an XPel air ( fan )
Also a couple of small cartons milk for drinks at n the room. Great birthday bonus that there’s a kettle and coffee/tea. Also a toaster for breakfast would be good.
The room was very quiet too. Lovely
Swimming pool was lovely after a days travelling.
The room was so comfortable. with a TV and cosy armchairs. The shower room and separate toilet were very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and because of the electric shutters it remained dark until we wanted to wake up. The garden is beautiful with a swimming pool and a great place to relax. The owner, who owns the restaurant Lauryvan, was really helpful. Saint Junien is a lovely little town to wander round. There is also the added bonus of Nolit the resident dog.
