Like many, we spent hours checking the web for great places to stay in Rouen. My advice to anyone is to save yourself time and just book this lovely house! The house has everything you could wish for and amazing hosts who are so thoughtful in every way. It is a 2 bedroom house about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Rouen AND if you are driving, there is free car parking about 5 mins walk away. On entering the house through, you will see a folder containing all you could want to know about the house and the area. From directions to the car park I mentioned (note you can’t park there during the day on Thursday as there is a market there), to directions to the bakers 2 mins walk away (out the door turn left and left again), where there is also a butchers shop and a few mins further a supermarket. You really could not wish for more convenience! The house is laid out with one double bedroom downstairs and there is a bathroom (with shower/washing machine) on the same level along with the kitchen, lounge and dining area, with a patio door to a lovely patio. It is perfect! Upstairs, you will find another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We were only one couple but the layout is great for two couples. All the other equipment in the house is so well thought out. On the far right in the kitchen is a double cupboard with all the crockery and glasses you could need. So…if you are going to Rouen, DEFINITELY, stay in this house. You will love it and the care that Lotta puts in the house and to guests is so evident. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location of this property was perfect. A few minutes walk to the River, a few minutes walk to the old market. The parking was really close and easy to find. The host was very responsive, accomodating and friendly. There was eveything we needed in the house to enjoy our break. The pedestrianised street was peaceful and quiet - a nice surprise for being in the city. The enclosed front garden was perfect for our dog too. We would definitely stay here again
