The location (residential area) and privacy. Having a car will benefit you to reach the place, but also possible to walk from the train station. The owner lives nearby, he is very polite, friendly, helpful and attentive. Sweets for the guests on the table was a nice treat for kids! Heating in the bathroom in winter is a big plus!
