The outdoor patio with table, chairs and parasol we used for breakfast and dinner. We had the rather big pool for ourselves the whole time. Kitchen was equipped with good pans and lots of appliances, There are a lot of old chateaus / ruins around Valff - Spesburg, Hoh-Andlau, Burg Dreistein, Rathsamhausen - and the hikes around Mt.St. Odile are great: Circuit Nord de Mur Païen du Mont Sainte-Odile (see picture). Hyper-U near Valff had a very great selection of wine & cheese & vegetables. Of course in Obernai and Barr there are also lots of good small shops.

What is not to like. The houses were according to the description and photo's on the booking site and in line with the excellent reviews the property received by various guests. We could accomodate one extra bed for a child which was all organised according to agreement with the host. Correspondence with hosts were really good and quick. Spa facilities were really good. We stayed there with a group of friends to visit Europapark which is just over 30 minutes drive from the accomodation.

Located next to the railway station and two car parks. Older style French hotel which was very clean if a little old fashioned. Room large and well maintained. Breakfast a little disappointing and price at the top end I would say. However excellent location for walking into town and touring the area. Trains seemed to stop by 10.30 and not restart until 06.30
Quick efficient check in. Receptionist gave information on area. Provided us with extra pillows. Accepts dogs. Secure parking. Room very clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was great; we traveled with our bikes and they let us use storage room for the night, so we were happy our bikes were safe. Very friendly attitude; overall great stay; totally recommend!
