All rooms were clean. We were stopping over to break a long journey, but I think there was plenty around to do and visit. Lovely location by the river znd z pleasant walk into les Damps.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We received a warm welcome, freshly baked cake, and cider and water in the fridge. A lovely start to our stay! The gite is compact, but has everything you need. It was very clean, it was easy to park, and the wifi seemed extremely fast. The local town, Les Andelys, is unpretentious and very pretty - one of the most picturesque parts of Northern France.
