Good facilities and friendly owner. Shortcut into town is cute but it is secluded and not lit at night. Take a torch. Not sure I would do it a single female traveller to be honest.

Great communication with the host and met on arrival. In the cobbled old town and very peaceful, just metres away from shops, bars and restaurants.
Lovely townhouse, nicely decorated and very clean. Loads of crockery, dishwasher, washing machine - everything you will need.
It's the location which makes this place, in the heart of the old town and no car required once you've arrived. Would definitely visit again and stay here

Everything ! Excellent all round facilities to use as a base in Dordogne -but a car is essential. Pierre Yves and Pauline are committed to making a complete holiday experience. The pool is warm and clean I appreciate the quality cushions on various sunbeds, seating , dining areas -there are numerous games and activities in the grounds and indoors. Pétanque darts table -tennis etc I also appreciated the choice of public rooms to relax with BBc tv too! Dining room, sun room tv room. Children and adults Games available and plenty of books! Study upstairs-an amazing shared kitchen fully equipped . A breakfast delivery daily is available too! Highly recommended we loved it.

We have had a wonderful stay at the Villa Sylva, there was a warm welcome from Dominic who is very discrete but available if needed. The villa was so comfortable and fully equipped, there is a terrace area for outdoor dining and a wonderful size pool with seating and loungers provided. Our hosts got in touch straight away offering suggestions of sights to see and restaurants to go to shortly after booking. We were welcomed very warmly when we arrived with a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. It was such a lovely touch!

Great location very clean a bit of a walk from your room to the actual bar restaurant evening meal we had was good,the breakfast sadly let them down cold coffee and pan chocolate that was it no choice at all very poor
