If you plan on visiting Giverny to see Monet’s garden, you will find everything you need on the same street as this house. Taking a left as you leave the garden gate will lead you past all the local eateries and gift shops, until eventually you end up at the Monet museum and garden.
The house itself is very large on the inside. With a master bedroom on the ground floor, then three more beds in the attic conversion – two singles and a double – there is certainly enough space for the a small family. We only made use of the master bedroom downstairs, but if you are planning on using the beds upstairs, I do suggest you watch your head when stepping through the entrance to the attic. There are warning signs above this very low door, but I did not expect the door frame to be quite as deep as it was. Not the home owner’s fault – it is marked on both sides, of both doors – but obviously when you are bending forwards, you may not see when the door ends and the room begins.
The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Each room has a radiator that works independently of the others, so you can just heat the bedroom, but not the rest of the house at night. The radiators are fairly simple to use: open the cover, touch the central button, choose with the arrows, and initiate with the central button again. Repeat to turn off. I think I remember that correctly.
There’s a good chance that the house has everything you need. It is so fantastically stocked with every appliance, pan, plate, utensil and even cleaning supplies, that you should not want after a single thing beyond food.
The toilet is a water closet, right next to the bedroom. Many towels are readily available in cupboards in the bathroom next to the kitchen. The shower is clean, well put together and easy to use. There is a hairdryer in the drawer below the sink. One thing I did notice about the shower cubicle was that the floor was rather slick.
Offering a barbecue, Les Ramier is situated in Giverny, 300 metres from Giverny Gardens. Free WiFi is featured and free private parking is available on site.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. Perfect location, private parking. Very clean, comfortable beds. Down stairs loo in addition to upstairs. Everything w ex needed. Good introduction to area. Perfect for visiting Giverny.
The location was perfect, nice restaurants within walking distance, but your own balcony to relax and look out onto the lovely garden. Arrived late, so the host provided everything for a simple meal. Comfy bed, everything very clean.

Excellent apartment in the middle of the village and just a few steps from Monet Gardens. Very clean and well equipped. I’d definitely recommend this property to stay in.
It is situated in beautiful surroundings quiet but central to the village. It is very clean and well maintained and the studio is well equipped. The fresh croissants and bread in the morning were such a welcoming treat. Our hostess was very hospitable and attentive which made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
The host was extremely kind, the apartment was very clean and everything was working perfectly. it's very well located, just 1km from Monet's garden. free parking on the street. and breakfast was great, he always went to the bakery early in the morning to get fresh Pain au Chocolat, Croissant and more. My wife and I loved the place and certainly will come back to stay with them again.
The place was amazing. It was very clean and felt like home. We took the small room, because that's what left, but the pictures on booking describe exactly what we got.
