I can not tell you how much we enjoyed our exceptional stay at The View! The charming cabin was both spacious yet quite cozy. The hosts clearly have an eye for detail and ensured everything was in place for their guests to enjoy a relaxing stay. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. If the weather happens to be a bit uncooperative one day, you'll be perfectly content relaxing inside the cabin. We loved the friendly ducks who came for daily visits. And the view...well it was almost surreal. Everything combined to make this stay quite dreamy. Would love to return and highly recommend The View to all!

Everything! The host was very friendly she helped us with everything we needed, home is huge and bas everything you might need during your trip!
Especially in love with the living room with the view and huge windows and kitchen that had literally everything you might need.

I wasn't sent the code to get in and had been messaging back and forth. I waited outside quite a while before they answered my message and I could get in.....had to wait in my car down the street while it was raining quite heavily. It is a VERY small place but it was great for just me! Had it not been raining, I would've loved to sit out on the little patio with a glass of wine. Great view of the village church and river. There is a grocery store not far to stock up on supplies for lunch and dinner.

The accommodation was very clean and well equipped with cooking equipment, books, board games and so on. There was a beautiful view of the harbour from the living room window. There was a strike while we were there (no buses!) so we were very pleased to find a very easy walk from the airport, there is a pedestrian path leading from the car park all the way into the village and it takes about 20 minutes. It was also quite an easy walk to the ferry port to Mykines.
The cottage was perfect. Right by the waters edge, fabulous view.
It was very clean and had everything I needed. Was just a 10 min walk to grocery store and restaurants.

Nearly everything.. it is a very beautiful guesthouse everything is well maintained and very clean place to stay with the view of the ocean. It is near to the bus stop where it can bring you to torshavn or to the airport directly. It is also near to the ferry to mykines, it is probably one of the best place i have stayed, will definitely come back again..
This was such an amazing house. The moment you open the door it is like you walk into a museum. It was very clean too.
Great location, The supermarkt is at 50 meters and a great coffee, lunch and dinner is opposite the house. Simpel but very nice and friendly.
Everything was as expected, the location is right next to the airport, very clean and confortable, it has everything you need for a few days. The bathroom is shared bewteen 2 bedrooms however this is not a problem. It is very good value for money for the Faroe Islands, hard to find a better deal so conveniently located near to major tourist attractions.

Conveniently located close to the airport. Poul is a nice and friendly guy. We rented a car from him as well; he picked us up from and brought us back the airport. We stayed in the room downstairs. Shared bathroom which is very clean and shared kitchen. Can get busy depending on the amount of people. Would stay again!

Nice view and location, especially if you are heading to Mykines island. Very clean appartment. The staff was generally very friendly and especially helpful, when we needed to get a taxi quite early on saturday morning in order to get to the airport. Ten points for that. 🙃
