We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, yet conveniently close to all the attractions. Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
It was very clean, the fridge in my room was a huge plus! Kitchen was comfortable, had everything I needed. I had the best goodnight sleep there, it was so quiet in the morning!
Very comfortable, cozy apartement/house, quiet, parking in front, everything you need was there, very clean. I liked that the cupboards in the bedroom and bathroom were empty, so I could put in my own things. Very good shower, the water went in the drain and did not flood the whole bathroom.

Quite big room for a single standard rated, very clean, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and several options for everyone, many parking spaces, very good sauna. Highly appreciated the small shop available in the reception area, having all those items that you can easily forget to put into the luggage ( tooth paste, feet plasters, hair brush, etc)
Nice selection for the delicious breakfast, big parking lot. Single room was large, comfortable and very clean. I appreciated that windows were not locked, so you could open them for some fresh air (not just the automatically ventilated). Helpful reception staff.
Breakfast was very good. Interestingly, they didn't count my children's breakfasts (age 2 and 5) in the price! The room was very clean and staff are super nice and helpful.

Easy to find, very clean flat, cozy and spacious. Near the road but quite inside, lots of light, good beds, nice TV, clean large balcony, bath instead of usual shower in the bathroom. Washing machine and microwave. Free parking in the yard. Prisma and Lidl are just 3 min away by car. About 10 min by car from Kotka city center.
