Incomparable location with a kind, communicative, and generous host. Much larger and prettier than the photos show. This is really an exceptional choice for staying in the luxurious exclusion of the countryside. Nothing too fancy, absolutely lagom. I almost never give 10 star reviews but this property has earned it.

I enjoyed my 6 night stay here for a number of reasons. The hosts Birgitta and Harry are very friendly and we had good conversations. Birgitta prepared breakfast for me, even though it was not offered with my reservation. She also washed and dried my clothes! They lent me a bicycle without charge for the entire time I was there, and that made my stay in Åland much more special. I enjoyed several mornings on the terrace of the large communal lounge/dining/kitchen area which faces the sea. It is very peaceful and I loved the birds on the water stirring and cackling in the morning. I would highly recommend here for a relaxing and scenic stay, about 12 kilometers outside of Mariehamn.

Very clean and nice rooms, cozy atmosphere, big sitting room for being together with our company. Delicious dinner prepared by hosts, very good breakfast! Very good location just on way to Eckerö, very close to Post- and Tullhouse. Great and kind hosts, they even found a solution when one of our group members had technical problems bit bicycle.
