Lovely house in the centre of the old town of Puebla de Sanabria, a beautiful medieval little town in Old Castille. The location is excellent, just around the corner from all the monuments and amenities.
The house itself is very comfortable. Lovely old facade but modern and functional on the inside. Completely renovated.
Great base to explore Sanabria and surroundings. This is a not very well known part of Spain that it's really worth a visit. It's a gorgeous hilly country, full of old towns, lakes and rivers. Very close to Portugal for a day trip as well. And a great region for food.
All in all a great family experience.

Very clean . Good location few minutes walk to the town centre. Quiet. Excellent free parking . This is not a historic Parador… it is a new build. Very nicely appointed inside. All staff are great. Breakfast pretty good. I just wish it was a bit cheaper
The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, the en suite had a large powerful shower. Our room also had a sitting room attached. The hotel does not provide breakfast but there are several cafes and a bakery very close by. Our host, Xavier was friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely good value and we would stay again if we were in the area.
The hostal is in a great location at the edge of the Old town. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast which cost an extra €6.50 was well worth it and was absolutely superb
