We loved the privacy ,the facilities( fantastic pool and pool area),the outdoors BBQ area and the beautifully tended( and illuminated!) grounds,as well as the villa itself which really has the wow factor. Our daughter got married in Ibiza which was the reason for our stay and we could not have picked a better place as a base and as the location for the night time wedding BBQ which was totally delicious thanks to Marc and Nick. Thanks to Marc also for responding so quickly and efficiently to any requests we had- we felt really looked after! I would thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to stay there again.

The location is fantastic, just a fee minuted walk to the beach, shops and the start of the promenade. But far enough away that you don't hear anything and its in side street, so no passing traffic
Air-conditioning, tv channels, pool table kitchen all work as they should.

This villa was beautiful and spacious. It exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities, space and the outdoor areas. Parking was easy just outside of the villa. We loved the pool, BBQ area and the terrace (great for watching sunsets). Plenty of space for everyone. There are a couple nice beaches walking distance and many more short drive away. There is also Lidl and other supermarkets short drive away. The area where villa is located looks well looked-after and feels safe. I would say walking to San Antonio promenade is around 15 minutes but to get to San Antonio centre (marina, shops, restaurants, lively parts) took us around 25-30 minutes. The host kept in touch with us throughout and was very kind, helpful with all queries and questions. Instructions to get to the property, check-in and check-out were very easy to follow.

House has a great view from the balcony and from the rooftop. We liked that there was a fireplace in the living room. The big bed was comfortable. The kitchen was nice and well equipped so we cooked our meals there.
