This is the perfect Villa for a group or family holiday. The location is excellent as you have easy access to the beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop and the airport. The transfer only took around 10 to 15 minutes which was perfect with children.
A local stopped us to let us know about another beach area so if you turn left as you exit the villa there is a lovely, quieter beach with a cafe, toilets and a water sport hire company about 100m up the road.
We had a small issue on arrival which was sorted very quickly and efficiently by the owners which we really appreciated.
The pool is the highlight of the Villa and the adults and children all loved it. The air conditioning works brilliantly and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the villa so much we mainly ate there and ended up spending more time relaxing there than we originally planned.
We were travelling with three other families and already we are trying to work out when we could return again! It was the best holiday!

The villa is perfectly positioned between Can Pastilla and Portixol but has it's own small community of bars and restaurants. It it easy walking distance to both afore-mentioned resorts and is very close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. There are two large supermarkets within easy walking distance and a bank with cashtill.
The villa is very large and spacious with beautiful soft furnishings giving a clean and cool feel about it. We stayed as a party of 8 adults and did not feel cramped at all. The 5 bedrooms are all spacious and furnished lovely (one ground floor and four on the first floor - one of which is ensuite.). All of the upper bedrooms have a terrace to sit out and enjoy an early morning coffee.
The kitchen is huge and easily accommodated 8 adults wandering around pouring drinks and preparing food at the same time. We used all of the equipment in the kitchen and the owners kindly leave anything left by previous occupants as a bonus to new occupants. Some villas remove even basic essentials such as salt and pepper but Sol Felostal leave pretty much everything - even alcohol !
The exterior top storey does not have furniture but we did enjoy some lovely sunsets with a glass of fizz before making our way back down to enjoy dinner on the terrace. The outside area - where we spent all of our evenings - is superb. There was ample seating and dining for all 8 of us and the pool lights up at dusk which casts a beautiful glow over the terrace.
The pool is lovely and has jacuzzi jets in one corner. It is not heated but as it stays in the sun all day it is warm to swim in and is just the right temperature to cool off. There were plenty of sunbeds for all of us and we were able to hire pool towels.

The best experience I can imagine in Palma. The best location of the house is next to the sea and the best restaurants. The house is very cozy. The owner is the example of the owner I wish to find in each of my travels! Thank you so much for such warm greets at your place (especially, for the local snacks and wine). Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The pool and the bar are very nice, it is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, a big variety of food even with vegetarian and vegan options.

Nothing to do with hotel but noticed Beach sun beds 18 euros a day, seemed expensive.

The pool side was cleaned every morning. Very clean hotel, with nice, helpful and kind staff. Really. The food was delicious and we had a large variety. The view from my room was amazing, the kind of you wouldn't want to go home anymore. Close to bus stops, close to the local aquarium, close to the airport. Next to the hotel there is a very good restaurant. 8min walk from a pharmacy that it's opened every day till 10pm.
Everything was great! This hotel is new and very clean, their stuff was very friendly and polite. Our room was really spacious and it has everything you need. Great choice of food and it was delicious! We really enjoyed by the pool. It was close to the beach and bus station. German street and pubs are near, but you can avoid them going in other direction. We didn’t hear any noise. We would definitely come again.
