The location is incredible, there is a private path to the beach, you take your belongings and go to the sea in few minutes. The house is equipped perfectly. There is everyting what you need. Clean and pleasant place. The view from tarrace is amazing.

The place is purely residential and quiete, a few big supermarkets nearby, not far from the beach. We just feel like being at home when staying there. The house owner is very helpful for offering some tips and fixing equipment. He speaks very fluent English and we had very good communication.

Lovely holidays, I spent 3 weeks there in July with my family. Very clean, exactly like the photos. I was not expecting much about the pool but it was really good and not busy as everywhere else in Spain during the summer. My children loved the pool
It’s about 3 km front the beach which is great because it’s quite at night. It’s easy to drive to the beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Note that you’d need a car, you can’t walk under such a hot weather. The terrace is perfect for having drinks and food outside at night

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very near to the beach and very clean rooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming to us. Enough room to park your car and San Pineto del Pinatar (where the hotel actually is) has nice beaches, small beach bars and lots of restaurants. It is not too crowded, just nice to stay there. Good price quality.
Very Very Clean. Shower in the room was powerful and hot. Breakfast was ok. It was basic but I knew that when I booked the cheapest hotel in the area. Good value.
Room was very clean and has everything we needed for one night stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. Easy to park near the hotel, plenty of groceries and restaurants around, just some steps from the beach.
The apartment has everything that is needed and it is very clean! The location is excellent- close enough to bring your coffee to the beach but it is shielded from main road noises.
It is also close to great restaurants, local shops, amazing bakery and gym/water sport centre!
