Lovely spacious (and beautifully clean) apartment in the lovely town of Gran Tarajal. 30 seconds from the lovely beach and prom, round the corner from the supermarket and very close to a nice selection of local shops and restaurants.
Gran Tarajal is an excellent base from which to explore the island (free parking is just across the road). It is NOT a tourist resort and retains the feeling of a local town while providing all the amenities you need.
Rosi is an excellent host, great contact before our trip and meeting us when we arrived.
Highly recommend this apartment and town.

I really enjoyed this little charming Woodhouse with the bbq and the Hot Tub with the sunset on the little mountains. We will come back! The house is well equipped. And thanks for the welcome bottle of local wine.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very quiet location, just a few minutes drive to the nearest shops and restaurants. The property has only two double rooms available and it's adults only. The owner is a very creative, nice and helpful lady. Knowing some Spanish language would be useful, but not necessary. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is very clean.
So many fun things to do. Great choice of classes and activities and enthusiastic instructors. Plus lovely pools. Especially loved the Olympic pool. Lots of space and very clean in the public areas. Our apartment was really comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. Clean modern bathroom with great shower. Super comfy beds. Good restaurants which were not overpriced. You can really enjoy relaxing at Las Playitas or go all out and do loads of activities. Either way it's a lovely place to be and I did not want to come home.
Everything - the apartment was easy to find and the access was straight forward (due to clear instructions supported by pictures 👍). The apartment itself was very clean and everything was provided for. The living/dining room was overlooking the ocean and the picturesque surrounding fishing village 😁 and you got the same fantastic view from the terrace (which by the way was very spacious). The host was ever so accommodating and helpful with lot’s of good suggestions and useful tips 🤩. We had a great time and will definitely visit again 🤗👍
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The food was very good. We hired road bikes for the duration of our stay and the guys in the Bike Centre were very helpful; downloaded all the Playitas bike routes onto our Garmin. And on the last day when we had a mechanical they came out with another bike so we could continue our ride.
Access to the beach was another plus for us. I managed a swim in the sea most days we were there.
