A fantastic property, and great, attentive hosts. Beautiful views and access to great restaurants and bars, Fornalutx is a lovely village. It should be understood that access to the property is only by a short walk up stone steps (there are two routes up and both have steps) but this was no problem for us at all and worth it for how nice the property is and how great the views are.

the house is on a mountain near to fornalutx, and has a beautiful terrasse with a lovely view down the hill. We more often used the beautifull chimney in the living room, because the weather was very cold. Everything we needed was in the house. the owner and the caretaker were both very helpful und kind.

The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center of Fornalutx. The property is breathtaking, especially the outdoor area, which is much bigger than the pictures suggest. There is ample seating and a gorgeous outdoor cooking space with everything provided. I also loved how well-catered the house was; there was everything you could possibly need and more. The quirky interior details added even more charm.

Right by beach - tram outside- big beds in all with 4 poster style in en-suite / restaurants all near - views are excellent with a limited sea view - Mats the host always on hand - two fully equipped good bathrooms - tv can use Netflix and prime apple etc login possible / kitchen has everything! Lots of towels beach and bathroom! / lots of cloth storage throughout apartment- Highly recommended

The property has everything you need for a relaxed and leisurely holiday, we did not need to request anything. Brilliant terrace and beautiful orchard’s and gardens (with friendly sheep!) comfortable bedrooms and great kitchen facilities. The pool area is excellent, very modern and it is only a very short walk to centre of Port Soller and all the shops.
Ana and her family were wonderful hosts and everything was made super easy. We will hopefully be back next year!

We loved our stay in Fornalutx. The hotel is lovely and the room was very clean. We stayed on the second floor with a view on the city which was lovely. The pool and terrace are small but very comfortable and with a great view. Location in Fornalutx is great, max 5 minutes to everything in the town and the busstop. The breakfast was amazing!

We loved our stay at the house! It is much more beautiful in real life than in the pictures and the sunset is amazing! The house is well equipped, very clean and suitable for people who want to cook dinners at home. The location is close to Soller where you can buy everything you need, and only 30 min from the airport in Palma. Would really recommend this house!
