Greeted at reception by Nicole who was very polite & helpful. The room was very clean as was the en suite with a roomy shower & clean towels. Bed was comfy with clean bedding. Having a lift to the hotel floors was a bonus. Good Wi Fi access.
The rooms are not particularly big, but are very clean and comfortable. The showers were excellent & bathroom looked new. On our arrival the receptionist was very helpful and offered help in printing our Passenger Locator forms. She was very understanfing in letting me watch my favourite football team's game in the lounge until later into the evening. Overall excellent service and value for money.
No breakfast. The closeness to the motorway was a big bonus. Friendly and efficient receptionist and very clean room and bathroom. Excellent value for the price.
