This is the perfect Villa for a group or family holiday. The location is excellent as you have easy access to the beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop and the airport. The transfer only took around 10 to 15 minutes which was perfect with children.
A local stopped us to let us know about another beach area so if you turn left as you exit the villa there is a lovely, quieter beach with a cafe, toilets and a water sport hire company about 100m up the road.
We had a small issue on arrival which was sorted very quickly and efficiently by the owners which we really appreciated.
The pool is the highlight of the Villa and the adults and children all loved it. The air conditioning works brilliantly and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the villa so much we mainly ate there and ended up spending more time relaxing there than we originally planned.
We were travelling with three other families and already we are trying to work out when we could return again! It was the best holiday!

The villa is perfectly positioned between Can Pastilla and Portixol but has it's own small community of bars and restaurants. It it easy walking distance to both afore-mentioned resorts and is very close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. There are two large supermarkets within easy walking distance and a bank with cashtill.
The villa is very large and spacious with beautiful soft furnishings giving a clean and cool feel about it. We stayed as a party of 8 adults and did not feel cramped at all. The 5 bedrooms are all spacious and furnished lovely (one ground floor and four on the first floor - one of which is ensuite.). All of the upper bedrooms have a terrace to sit out and enjoy an early morning coffee.
The kitchen is huge and easily accommodated 8 adults wandering around pouring drinks and preparing food at the same time. We used all of the equipment in the kitchen and the owners kindly leave anything left by previous occupants as a bonus to new occupants. Some villas remove even basic essentials such as salt and pepper but Sol Felostal leave pretty much everything - even alcohol !
The exterior top storey does not have furniture but we did enjoy some lovely sunsets with a glass of fizz before making our way back down to enjoy dinner on the terrace. The outside area - where we spent all of our evenings - is superb. There was ample seating and dining for all 8 of us and the pool lights up at dusk which casts a beautiful glow over the terrace.
The pool is lovely and has jacuzzi jets in one corner. It is not heated but as it stays in the sun all day it is warm to swim in and is just the right temperature to cool off. There were plenty of sunbeds for all of us and we were able to hire pool towels.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Great hotel, very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great facilities, short walk to the beach. Plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area although the food at the hotel was great!
The Hostel was very clean and all seemed new. I found everything I need in the kitchen, and the rooftop is just awesome. For this low price I got a very nice location to stay at. The owner was very welcoming and all of the staf where so as well. Especially the pub tour was a fun night, you get to know some people from your hostel and can party with them and the organizers. Dan and Martin (our guides) where rocking it!!
Excellent hotel close to the airport … very clean and pets can stay as well- very pet friendly! We stayed as we arrived late and needed somewhere close to the airport. The beds were very comfortavle and even though there was some noise from the flights and the other guests in the coreidor, I would stay there again.
Location was amazing, close to the beach. Kitchen, room, bathroom and all the other facilities very clean. Free food on the kitchen table in the evening was a cool surprise! One of the best if not the best hostel I stayed in.
Staff were so friendly and so helpful. Great location, pool was lovely but sun beds were very old and very uncomfortable. The rooms were very clean but could do with a fresh coat of paint. Bar could be made a bit more comfortable with seating etc.
This place is amazing. Simple accommodation, but very clean and quiet. The pool area is beautiful, our child enjoyed the pool very much! The staff is great too! The location is perfect too. 100% recommend!
