I think this property is a bit underrated - overall rating should be not less than 9.
The house is sparkling clean and it was enough place for our family of 2 adults, 2 teens and a small kid.
What you cannot see on the photos - the environment is amazing. Very green, a lot of trees, cool winds - it's like a small oasis. Plus the pool is just in 50 meters, which was truly a salvation when it was 36 C outside :) Kids loved it a lot! Not crowdy at all during the peak season.
We visited in August and it was 30-35 degrees outside, but we didn't feel the heat near the house. Small yard is a perfect place for your meals. You can have breakfast outside as the sun still doesn't reach your side. And during lunch the sun is already on the opposite side of the house. Not to mention nice evenings, which you can spend outside.

Absolutely fabulous. Immaculate, quirky, great location in the incredibly beautiful Old Town, so much to explore and enjoy. The very lovely Celia was very helpful in obtaining and returning the keys.

Absolutely amazing! Townhouse with modern, scandinavian look. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host was very kind and service minded. Bedrooms and bathrooms both very nice. Loved the open space solution kitchen/living room. Best part was definitely the rooftop! Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean/mountain view. 2 minute walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the beach and more bars/restaurants in Sabinillas and La Duquesa. I can highly recommend it!
