Everything was clean and new. Sauna was inside the house. The lake is not far, approx. 300m near. Overall, everything was good.
There are two bedrooms each with three sleeping places, the house was spacious enough for 5 persons.

Villa is really close to the Lake Peipus, literally like 2 minutes of walking (we were lucky - the weather was sunny and managed to sunbathe on the sandy beach). Villa has a big parking - around 4-5 cards could fit there. On the premises there is a great outdoor kitchen, where me and my friends mostly spent our time cooking and grilling. There were enough beds to fit us all in and everybody comfortably slept. The wooden-heated sauna was also a great addition to our wonderful stay.

The interior of the house, location and sauna - everything was great! We really liked scenery around the villas: the lake in 5 min walk and forest around, it was so pretty and calming.

The location is gorgeous, peaceful and quiet. It's in the middle of the woods, though, not too far away from the lake. If you want to fully relax and leave your stressed daily life behind, this is the place to go and you will love it! The compound is huge and there are just 4-5 bungalows around the place so you can have a lot of alone time. A playground, pond, some sitting facilities and so on are in place. Our small bungalow had an outside dinner area and a grill which was super nice. The inside of the house was country-style and purposive. Don't forget to bring some moskito repellent, you will need it in the middle of the woods. The breakfast you could get for a small fees was really good 😊👍
