We have had an excellent stay in Hotel Spa Casa Real. Very clean and much attention paid to the design, staff are very helpfull and friendly, excellent food with good service and quiet neighborhood.
nice hostel with a clean and very well equipped kitchen. Beds are big and really comfy, really this is not your common small hostel bed! rooms are very clean and have big lockers where you can store your backpack. bathrooms are very clean and the owners are lovely! they are very welcoming and will help you enjoy your stay in Riobamba. location is perfect, just three blocks from the central market where you can have lunch for 3$ and buy all kind of veggies and meat. breakfast is nice and vary, with eggs, yogurt, fruits and coffe/tea!

Such a wonderful hostel with its colonial architecture! Very close to the center of Riobamba. The dorms are spacious and the beds are so big and comfortable! Excellent value for money with breakfast included, nice staff, very clean, hot showers, great vibe with other travelers and hikers!
Our stay at Casa 1881 was perfect from A-Z. The host, Santiago, was super nice and helped us with any concerns. The rooms are very nice, have high ceilings and were very clean. It could get a little cold at night, but there was a small heater in the room for that case. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Every day we were served something different delicious. It was by far the best breakfast we ate in Ecuador. If you are planning a stay in Riobambs, you should definitely stay at Casa 1881.
The room was very nice, very clean and with everything I needed. The food from the restaurant is very tasty. They have a SPA and I did a massage very relaxing (thank you Vanessa!), the best ever. The staff is nice and welcoming.
