You are staying in a true architectural jewel! Gerlinde and her family have renovated and restored the house with a modern kitchen, amazing bathrooms and wonderful interior design. The villa is in close proximity to the city, so nice cafés and restaurants are literally across the street.
Also the place was spotlessly clean!!! I was astonished at the level of polishing and cleanliness.
The beds, also the sleeping couch in the living room, were very comfortable! We very positively surprised by the bed quality that is way above average!
We also appreciated the fruit and wine/beer that was provided for consumption. It was a very warm and beautiful gesture of the hosts.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

We had a wonderful time here! The apartment is cozy and well decorated, rooms are all very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped for all needs and has lots of lovely tableware. Ms Vielhauer and the cleaning lady are very friendly. The location is also good, supermarket Kaufland is very close, and 20min drive to the Chiemsee and surrounds.
Very nice and friendly host. Rooms, showers etc are dated but very clean. We didn't expect too much but it exceeded our expectations. Don't expect a fancy hotel, but a friendly, clean and nice place to stay.
