First of all, the building and the suite were first rate - very modern, convenient and state of the art. Literally everything was exceptional. Christine, our host, was friendly, engaging and very helpful. Our unit had a small kitchenette that was efficiently arranged with top-of-the-line appliances (Bosch, Panasonic). It is possibly the most up to date suite I've had the pleasure to stay in and after seeing the unit and comparing the price, it was a rare find. Meeting such a nice person as our host was icing on the cake. We ordered breakfast that was delivered to the room. We were a little late getting back from a hike, but it was insulated and still hot and fresh.
Location was next to a great hiking trail and in the middle of wine country - a quiet small town with lots of first-rate wineries.

The place is very clean and organized, it was really well prepared for our arrival. The host welcomed us once we arrived and it was very easy to communicate with him via whatsapp. We liked to house and its equipment, there is really everything you need in there and nothing is missing. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it for others. The bonus for the kids was the small river behind the house :)

Ruhige Lage, sehr nette Besitzer, Schönes Haus, modern aber mit altem Charme.
A very warm welcome from the owners and what a view from the bedroom! Wow!!
The room was large with comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom. We loved the “self service honesty bar” and made good use of it. The breakfast was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Motorbike friendly, felt very safe and close to the B500 and other good roads through the valley. Can’t fault this place! We will go back if we are in the area again.
The location is excellent with a great view. Breakfast was average and it was disappointing that there was no Yoghurt or fruit on offer. The room was very clean but the heating not very hot. This is a pension that we would use again when in the area. It is a dog friendly establishment.
We really enjoyed the peace and the view. The house is beautifully situated in the middle of an area where you can walk and cycle fantastically. The facilities are of a high standard, nothing is missing and the holiday home is very clean.
The hostess and her husband are very friendly and they had all kinds of nice suggestions for activities in the area.
- Hotel staff were incredibly friendly. From the reception to the restaurant and cleaning crew, they were all super nice and really welcoming to our dog as well
