We loved being in the beautiful and historic Tauber Valley just outside the Old City Wall. It was beautifully situated on the hill for autumn color views. Such a quaint and charming location! The heated kitchen and bathroom floor was cozy. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking and eating on site. Super cozy bedrooms and homey spaces.

Everything was perfect. place was super clean and had everything ready for our group. very nice view and neighbors and very close to Rothenburgs. owners were very nice and helpful. we would come back again.

The hotel is centrally located. The room was very clean and we were let to enter our room before the normal check in time. We were also offered a free drink. The hotel is in the same building with a Chinese restaurant which stays open till late, offering us the opportunity for a meal while all the other restaurants in the area were closed.
Brilliant location. Hotel was very clean inside and room was comfortable albeit basic. No complaints at all except for smoke alarm battery starting beeping in the early hours. Informed owner/manager at check out and he reduced the bill by a fair bit. I didn’t ask or seek a reduction as it was just one of those things. However still a great place to stay.
a lovely hotel in a great location, staff were friendly ,. The hotel had lots of character and was very clean. Parking though limited was round the corner and they had a golf buggy to get you to it so you weren't pulling your luggage over cobbled streets.
