Upon arriving at the hotel at 21:30, the hotel was closed and no key whatsoever. Upon calling the host, no one picked up. When asking for a refund, since we had to look and pay for another place, the host reacted aggressive. I am shocked about such attitude and the fact that I still had to pay 100% for a place where I didn’t stay.

Great Breakfast. The view is stunning. Very very clean hotel. Nice staff, personal but not too personal. They brought an extra pillow to the room once they saw we needed it.
Hotel is pretty and historical building, but room is very much reformed with modern style. Very clean, and hotel restaurant offer you amazingly nice meal. I had dinner and breakfast at hotel restaurant.
