We had the use of a large house with garden in a village. We could have stayed longer. Host was helpful. You would need a car and it is a great location to go exploring the Saar valley, Trier and Luxembourg. It is also good walking country. Definitely worth the money

This is a truly lovely and peaceful place to stay. It is located along a short track away from other properties in the middle of woodland. The property is beautifully furnished and offers everything that is needed for a short or longer visit. We felt very much at home during our stay and would love to stay again in the future. We would also recommend the restaurant in Sommerau, which serves an excellent range of Italian food.

Just off the old market square, a cottage with real character on two floors. It was nicely renovated and fully equipped with quality fittings and appliances. The garden patio would be a delight on summer evenings. Safe and free parking close by, and just a short walk into this lovely little town. Also not far to drive to several excellent hiking trails.
