This is the best place I have ever stayed in. The house was immaculate, without even a trace of water stains. It was especially beautiful and very spacious, accommodating many people comfortably. The host was extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us to stay even though we missed the check-in time. The next day, they went above and beyond to help us communicate with the repair shop. As a foreigner in Germany, I felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. I would love to visit again if given the opportunity.

The house is very old, one of the oldest in Zundorf. The location is quite good, there are alot shops, bars and restaurants close by and the river is 5 minutes walk. I booked for my mother and her friend as it seemed like a really nice place, the road outside unfortunately doesn't stop all night so it was difficult for them to get a decent rest at nights, they found the beds quite uncomfortable but the owner brought some mattress toppers that sorted that issue.

A perfect place to hide out for a few days to work remotely for a couple days on an extended road trip to Germany. What stand out include:
1) The office set up is perfect with 2 monitors, proper computer office desk and a view of the river.
2) the sauna is a super nice bonus, easy to use

The house is really beautiful and everything is working perfectly fine. Its all brand new and you have everything there you'll need - enough towels, all equipped kitchen, garden etc. There is parking in front of the house and owners nearby if you have any issues. Good communication as well.

Great place to stay for Cologne and the surrounding areas. The hosts were very polite and the house is great value for money as it is clean and has everything you need.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Lovely apartment, very clean and modern with great facilities. Everything was top quality and they had a bit of an environmental awareness with products such as sanitary ware etc which is always nice to see. Location was great, only a 5min walk to the train station which gets you to Cologne in about 10mins and also just 15mins drive to Phantasialand land (if you're thinking of going).
Modern apartment, very clean and well maintained. Has all of the required facilities and is very spacious. There is a supermarket and cafes in the surrounding area within walking distance.. Good communication with the owner for entry details.
The Hotel is very close [10 mins of a walk] to 2 Train stations so it is possible to go to the City center of Köln in 30 - 40 mins.
We were there to visit Phantasialand which is also an easy drive of 20 mins by car.
