What is there to say? This place is amazing! Tom is so kind and he thought of everything in the home. My kids especially enjoyed the castle ruins that are up the hill. The nearby bakery has delicious croissants for breakfast. The town is quaint and quiet. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

Location excellent. Really well equipped. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Good to have washing facilities as our baggage never arrived. The fans were a life saver. Main bedroom view was superb. Great to have a car parking space. Quiet at night for sleeping. Would welcome some more information about local things to do for English speakers. Would definitely recommend

This is the highest quality vacation house we have booked so far. It looks very new, clean, has lots of space and has all the facilities you will ever need. On top of that the location was great because we didn't have to drive that far to our planned sightseeing destinations. The owner is also very friendly. So all in all this house is definitely highly recommended!

The room was large, bed comfortable. Balcony seating was a plus. The place is quiet, so good place to relax and get away from the crowds of nearby Fussen and the main strip in Hopfen Am See.

Absolutely amazing views from the deck!
The pull-out bed in the living room was very comfortable, as was the regular bed in the bedroom, and the kitchen was well-equipped. It has the feel of a vacation home.
The facilities are new and being actively improved - the landlady was very kind and responsive when messaged through the Booking.com app.
