This was a very nice place for us to relax while in Dortmund visiting friends. Close to train and bus stops. Easy transportation. The studio apartment was very roomy and equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay.

The house is located in a quiet area just off a regional road. The walls are very thick, meaning you hear very little noise from outside, or even your fellow guests in other rooms (which is nice if someone wants to go to bed early). The facilities were all clean and very nice. There's a large grass field beside the house which is great for an outdoor game or outside dining (with the included tables, chairs, and barbecue). The kitchen has everything you need, including a lot of non-perishable goods. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms, meaning our group of seven had no issue with choosing preferred bedrooms or using the bathroom at the same time. Every bedroom gets its own TV, and the living room has a large modern TV, meaning everyone can entertain themselves if needed. HDMI ports are available on the main TV if you want to plug in a console or laptop for additional entertainment. Fans are available during the warmer weather in most bedrooms. Detergent was available for the dishwasher and washing machine, and a tumble dryer was present as well. The machines are in German, but manuals are left throughout the house and can also be found online. The parking space is big enough for two cars, or three small ones if you don't mind tight parking. Access to the house was convenient with the provided pin code and electronic locks. The front door could easily be locked from the outside without a key by simply not entering a code and pressing the '>' button.
