The location was central. The kitchen was big an there was a lot of equipment. The bathtub was relaxing.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
I had the room on the 11th floor, the view is great. The room and other areas are very clean. The provided toiletries are very good. The beds are comfy. The offered mini fridge in the room is great, you can have a cold drink after coming to the hotel from a hot day of work. The breakfast is amazing and the best. The location is close to the great city center.
The location of the hotel was great, and easy to reach. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a dedicated smoking area just in front of the hotel, which is also covered which was great.
It's a quiet area, no disturbances, the place was very clean, everything you needed besides your own groceries was there. The instructions were clear. The heaters work well. The atmosphere is comfy and homelike. The university is just around the corner. Overall great experience.

Rooms also had a decent size refrigerator which was appreciated for cooling some water bottles.
The location was ideal and very convenient for us as our son lives in Cottbus, a good commuting distance from the flat.
The flat location allowed us to choose which modes of transport or walking to get to meet my son's family.
Previously, we had to rent holiday homes outside Cottbus, this meant quite some distance to travel to meet up with our son.
The price was very good fpr the property, well are most likely to choose this flat agian in the future.
