My friends and I booked this house for Silvester and it was AMAZING! All the pictures of that house in booking are absolutely correct! It was clean, modern! We even got 3 selfmade wine from the hosts!! The hosts are very nice people - check out was not important as well. We could have leave til evening, we just had to call the hosts that we are leaving.
The whirlpool was great! We had a nice view from the fireworks :)

Very clean room and extra touches of the amenities made a nice impression. The self-serving breakfast area is accessible before hours is great because I was travelling for work so I needed the breakfast very early.
