We felt like at home from the very first second; this is a great place for families, with three independent bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen (extremely well equipped), and bathroom. There is fireplace for evenings in the livingroom, with all the wood and other stuff provided. There is a bakery 1 minute by walking, a restaurant and a coffee shop. Everything at Chaloupka u Matušků exceeded our expectations! It was truly a wonderful summer holiday with our young daughter. The new cottage is elegantly decorated and contains all necessary amenities to make one’s stay pleasant and comfortable. The garden is spacious and beautifully kept - and even contains a relaxing hot tub that we enjoyed using after dinner. The cottage is located a couple of minutes’ walk from a lake which was perfect to cool down on hot days. There are also many possibilities for various excursions - culture, nature, hiking, etc. - within a short driving distance. The absolute highlight are the exceptional hosts, Kateřina and Roman, who, thanks to their kindness and pure love, completely spoil their guests! Roman is an extraordinary cook and, on most days, we asked him to prepare us meals - which were all simply succulent, without exception! Overall, we really enjoyed everything about the property and had a great holiday.

The apartment was very spacious, parking was right outside the property. The drive in to Czechia through the hills and national park was absolutely stunning, letting ourslevs in was really easy. The host helped us graciously when we locked ourselves out later on and was very quick to communicate with any questions that we had.

The house is absolutely beautiful and has a lot of space. There are several bathrooms and sleeping rooms. Since its quite old, the house is not well insolated, but the rooms were individually heatable and that worked very well. The garden is also very big and nice and was perfect for playing and running with my shepherd.

My girlfriend and I availed breakfast for 3 days that we stayed in the hotel. Food was really delicious and healthy, the servings is always more than enough for two persons. Staffs were very friendly and hospitable. Hotel is very clean inside and outside, and it smells good all the time.
We had a very large room, and absolutely everything was very clean. The pension is in a quiet area, so we could sleep with a window cracked. As a nice touch the outside was decorated for easter. Friendly hostess, who came out to greet us, when we parked. Very good value for our money.
